Congratulations on your new custom website or app. Before we provide an execution plan and pricing for your project, our Postmedia Fulfillment Team and your Media Sales Consultant will meet with you to collectively understand and achieve your business goals.

To get started, there are a few simple things our fulfillment team will need:

1. Client Questionnaire

Within the next 24 hours, you will receive an email with a link to the Postmedia Hub, and a client questionnaire.

  • Using the initial login credentials provided in the email, create a unique login and password for the Postmedia Hub.

  • Complete the questionnaire prior to your Welcome Call, which will be scheduled within six business days.

2. Company Information

Gather the following:

  • Your Gmail email address. We’ll need this to connect to Google Analytics and use for the email contact on your lead capture form
  • Company logo in one of the following high-resolution formats: EPS, AI, PDF, SVG
  • Company brand colours: Pantone and RGB values

3. Website or App Content

Got great photos or videos? Visuals are a simple way to dress up a website or app. They add colour and liveliness, and are a quick and simple way to give your audience visual context to your business.

  • Gather the photos and videos you want to be included. For best results, photos should be 2000 x 1800 pixels or higher, videos should be 1920 x 1080 pixels

Don’t have photos? If you don’t have great photos for your new website, don’t worry. Visit Shutterstock to pick the images you want at no extra cost.

  1. Go to shutterstock.com
  2. Enter keywords or phrases to describe the photos you want
  3. Copy the Stock Photo ID#

4. Your Vision

Tell us more about the vision for your new custom website or app – what are the colours, mood, messages and experiences you want to present to your customer? On the Welcome Call, we’ll spend 60 minutes discussing how best to achieve your goals.

5. Next Steps

Once the Welcome Call is complete, the Postmedia Fulfillment Team will review the information, ask any additional questions and create a project plan and custom quote. Postmedia does not use pre-packaged or off-the-shelf pricing, our cost estimate is unique to your business goals and requirements.

6. Tell us how we’re doing

Feedback is a crucial part of our collaborative creative process. As we develop your custom website or app, there will be specific times that we’ll ask for your input. Sticking to the review timelines will help ensure that your project launches without any delay.
